“I paint objects as I think them, not as I see them.”
—Pablo Picasso (1881-1973)

Picasso offered multiple ways of experiencing a Cubist painting by overlapping and intertwining shapes and parts. Thus, the viewer can see an object from front and back, and therefore from different
experiences.
In developing PaulAncheta.com, I take inspiration from the Cubist idea of bringing different experiences to art and seeing a painting from different areas based upon one's experience. I envisage my
Web site as a canvass that allows its viewers to enter and experience multiple “show windows”, which are essential parts of visual merchandising and communication design, and I achieve this by framing information
about my work and personal interests within boxed spaces—in effect, “show windows” on my canvass!
